Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Important Notice: Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely once Read my Soul has begun performing the contract (generating your life book), provided that before the purchase you expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
By completing your order you expressly consent to this condition. Once your life book has been generated, withdrawal is excluded for this reason (Art. 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Consequences of Withdrawal
As the contract of sale is concluded with Digistore24, withdrawal is declared to Digistore24 and the reversal is processed via Digistore24. Upon effective withdrawal (before generation begins), all payments received will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the withdrawal notification. For the refund, the same means of payment used for the original transaction via Digistore24 will be used.
