§ 1 Provider & Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision and use of the digital services of
Soulvillas Proyectos SL, CIF/NIF ESB75252809,
Centro Comercial Puerto Portals, Calle Miguel de Cervantes 13, Planta 1 – Local 2,
07181 Portals Nous, Illes Balears, Spain (hereinafter the „Provider")
via the website readmysoul.com towards consumers or businesses (hereinafter the „Customer").

Sale via Digistore24 (reseller model): The sale and payment processing of the products are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Strasse 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. Upon purchase, the contract of sale is legally concluded between the Customer and Digistore24; Digistore24 acts as the seller and contracting party. The Digistore24 Terms and Conditions apply to the order, payment and withdrawal process. These Provider terms additionally govern the content, scope and use of the digital service.

§ 2 Subject of the Contract

Read my Soul is an AI-assisted service for creating individual, digital life books based on astrological, numerological and other spiritual disciplines. The products are exclusively digital content (no physical goods):

• Soul Glimpse (€29) – 4 personalised chapters
• Life Book (€97) – complete life book, 17+ chapters
• Soul Duo (€139) – life book for two people incl. relationship analysis
• Vouchers – redeemable for the products above

The generated content serves exclusively for personal reflection and entertainment. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The Customer is forwarded to the Digistore24 order form to place the order. By completing the order and payment process via Digistore24, the Customer submits a binding offer to Digistore24. The contract of sale is concluded between the Customer and Digistore24. Digistore24 sends the order confirmation and invoice. After successful payment, the Provider begins creating the life book.

§ 4 Prices & Payment

All prices stated are final prices including statutory value added tax (IVA/VAT). Payment processing and the sale are handled by Digistore24 GmbH (Germany) under the reseller model; the applicable VAT is shown and remitted by Digistore24. Accepted payment methods depend on the Digistore24 offering (including credit card, PayPal, and where applicable direct debit, Klarna). The charge is made at the time the purchase is completed via Digistore24.

§ 5 Delivery & Availability

The digital life book is created within 30–60 minutes of receipt of payment and delivered by email as a personal access link. The link is active for 90 days. In the event of technical disruptions or force majeure, the delivery period may be extended; the Provider will inform the Customer without delay in such cases.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 9 of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Spanish law by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). As the contract of sale is concluded with Digistore24, withdrawal must be declared to Digistore24; the Digistore24 withdrawal policy applies. Reversal is processed via Digistore24.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content:
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun, provided the Customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins (Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

By completing the order and activating life-book generation, the Customer expressly agrees that performance of the digital service begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal thereby expires. A full withdrawal policy is available at: readmysoul.com/widerruf

Notwithstanding such expiry, in the event of technical platform errors we grant subsequent performance or a refund at our reasonable discretion.

Voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee: Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your life book, you receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase – no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Digistore24.

§ 7 Warranty Rights

If the generated life book does not meet the agreed requirements (e.g. incorrect personal reference due to incorrect input), the Customer may request rectification. Statutory warranty rights under Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) remain unaffected.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, liability is limited to the order value of the respective product. No liability is assumed for spiritual content, as it is purely interpretive.

§ 9 Copyright

The generated life book is a personalised work intended exclusively for the personal use of the purchaser. Any transfer, publication or commercial use requires the written consent of the Provider.

§ 10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For disputes with consumers, the mandatory consumer protection law of the customer's country of residence applies (EU Regulation Rome I, Art. 6). Place of jurisdiction for merchants: Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

§ 11 Dispute Resolution

The Provider does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
